*** Performance objectives:
1. System & Workflow Development
- Develop and maintain frameworks, workflows, and checklists to improve team productivity.
- Standardize filing systems and documentation procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Optimize the use of Acumatica for tracking work performed and contract management.
2. Progress Tracking & Validation
- Track actual work performed against the agreed contract and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with site Quantity Surveyors (QS) to quantify completed work and prepare formal Statements of Completion.
- Monitor inspection statuses (Approved, Rejected, or Approved with comments).
- Follow up with relevant parties to resolve rejected items and track progress until final acceptance.
3. Invoicing & Payment Coordination
- Prepare and issue invoices based on validated completion statements and client-approved checklists.
- Coordinate with the client to ensure documentation meets all acceptance criteria.
- Support the receivables team to ensure payments are collected accurately and on schedule.
- Track and plan for specific payment windows and submission deadlines to maintain cash flow.
*** Requirements:
- At least 2-year relevant experience in claim management.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Self – directed, open minded, driven, follow up and challenge accepted
- Organisation skill, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as well as in a team
- Good interpersonal skills, including coordination, liaison, and multicultural communication and ability to liaise with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors and public authorities.
- Ability to solve problems and work within constant tight deadlines.
