Amazon Devices Asia team is looking for an Ops excellence Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own cross-function and organization level programs and events. A successful candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity, and innovative in developing best-in-class programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to determine organizational synergies and opportunities for operational processes
- Lead and facilitate Devices Asia all hands and events, Cross-functional forums, offsites & team buildings.
- Enhance the employee development and engagement programs for Devices Asia team
- Partner with teams across the business you support and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
- Work with program managers, business leaders and executive team to communicate and impact critical business initiatives
- Establish and manage relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement to raise the bar for Devices Asia team
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
- Relevant experience in supply chain operations for a consumer electronics company
- Good mindset to manage cross-functional Proven ability to influence peers and cross-functional teams, facilitate agreement among stakeholders with different interests
- Experience taking ownership and delivering positive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with extreme discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfort with public speaking and presentations and in communicating with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ability to project manage with emphasis on prioritization and multitasking
- Excellent team player with ability to maintain strong internal and external relationship
