Digital Transformation

We support enterprises in defining AI use cases, sourcing startups, and executing structured deployments. Our model is McKinsey for AI, with differentiation in scaling transformation through AI-enabled processes and deep partnerships with AI startups. To date, we have supported 100+ large enterprises across Asia through our AI matching platform connecting enterprises to 2,600+ AI startups.

Investment

We invest in enterprise-ready AI startups. A flagship initiative is the FastTrack AI Accelerator (with NVIDIA), offering guaranteed enterprise PoCs, up to USD 1M in GPU and compute credits, and structured pilots. Six startups have progressed through rigorous enterprise PoCs via this program.

Ecosystem Development

We run outcome-driven initiatives including GenAI Builders Meetups, AI workshops and training programs, and structured enterprise–startup matching sessions designed to lead to real deployments. We also publish regional AI adoption insights through our AI report featuring enterprise case studies. In 2026, we will host Southeast Asia's largest AI adoption conference (5,000 attendees, 100+ case studies, 500 matchmaking sessions, target 100 AI PoCs).

Our founding partners are former Amazon Web Services (AWS) leaders with extensive experience working alongside startups, enterprises, and government agencies across ASEAN.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Program Lead (6-month contract) to drive the execution of GenAI Fund's enterprise programs, ecosystem initiatives, and operational activities across Southeast Asia.

This is a hands-on, high-agency role involving real stakeholders and live projects. You will work closely with enterprises, startups, and ecosystem partners while managing end-to-end delivery of key initiatives.

The role cuts across operations, marketing, and program execution, and is suited for someone who can coordinate multiple stakeholders while driving projects to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Own and drive end-to-end execution of GenAI Fund initiatives (e.g. enterprise programs, hackathons, meetups, accelerators)
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with clear outcomes
• Identify risks and proactively resolve execution challenges

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the central coordination point across:
• Internal teams (marketing, BD, operations)
• Enterprise partners and innovation teams
• AI startups and ecosystem collaborators
• Manage communications, align expectations, and drive follow-ups
• Ensure all stakeholders are moving in sync toward project goals

Operations & Execution

• Oversee logistics and execution for both virtual and in-person programs
• Manage tracking systems, documentation, and reporting
• Ensure high-quality delivery across all program touchpoints

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing on timelines, promotions, and program rollouts
• Support coordination of content, communications, and campaign execution
• Bridge execution between strategy and on-the-ground delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or innovation-related roles
• Strong interest in AI, startups, and enterprise innovation
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
• Proven ability to drive projects from planning to execution
• Ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders across different functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and reliability
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) as part of daily workflows

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience working with startups, innovation programs, or enterprise transformation initiatives
• Exposure to AI, technology, or digital transformation projects
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, partnerships)
• Familiarity with the Southeast Asian startup ecosystem
