This is a full-time remote role for a Program Development Manager. The Program Development Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing customized programs, collaborating with clients to evaluate their goals and challenges, and providing solutions to foster growth and success. The role also includes overseeing project timelines, ensuring quality delivery, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

• Experience with business consulting, process improvement, and operational management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees or certifications
• Experience in personal development or coaching programs is a plus
