About the Program

The CDO Program empowers the next generation of agricultural leaders with global knowledge, leadership, and professional skills. Through English development, global education, internships, and mentorship, the program prepares young talents to lead family businesses, strengthen cooperatives, and drive a more sustainable future for agriculture.

The Role

The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing education program. This role ensures smooth program operations, supports participants throughout their learning journey, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and maintains high-quality program delivery.

What You'll Do

- Program Coordination: Coordinate program schedules, activities, workshops, and events to ensure smooth execution.

- Participant Support: Guide and support students, interns, and parents throughout the program while monitoring engagement and progress.

- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with trainers, mentors, universities, and partners to facilitate program delivery and collaboration.

- Operations & Administration: Manage program documentation, logistics, databases, budgets, and administrative processes.

- Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor program performance, collect feedback, and prepare reports to improve program quality.

Who We're Looking For

Experience

  • Fresh undergraduate or 1-2 years of experience in program coordination, education, project management, customer service, or administration. 
  • Experience working with students, educational institutions, or nonprofit organizations or in the HR department is an advantage.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Fluency of English (spoken and written)

Preferred Attributes

  • Passion for education and youth development.
  • Adaptable in a dynamic working environment.
  • Willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends for events and workshops.
