Professional Services Specialist (PSS)

Position: Professional Services Specialist

This position is mainly responsible for data collection (via phone, email, CRM system, google search, etc.) and data processing/analysis part of consulting delivery, while also handling a small amount of HR/job matching work.

Job Description:

• Interacts with consulting clients as well as internal resources and google search to collect the data needed for consulting projects.
• Adheres strictly to SOP and quality control standards to:
• Validate and clean the raw data; interface with quality assurance professionals and research data errors; check for data completeness; upload data into the system in the end. Secure any additional information needed to get the data uploaded into the system in order to begin the project work.
• Read the job descriptions provided by clients and match the corresponding jobs to the ones in Salary.com's database.

Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards work, ensuring you actively respond to anyone you work with through phone calls, emails and online chats.

1. The most important thing is:

Willing to sit focused for extended periods to work with data and software, and not afraid to deal with issues that come up during data processing and system operation.

2. Secondly:

Willing to or at least not afraid to communicate with clients and colleagues with basic interpersonal skills. While not requiring sales-level interpersonal skills, the candidate is supposed to have sufficient communication abilities to complete project coordination or at least deliver messages effectively between clients and colleagues.

Must-have:

• Basic Excel skills (very important)
• Stable internet connection
• Windows user (no MacBook user)
• Willing to work night shifts and follow US EST working schedules

Work hours:

Training period for the first 4-6 weeks:

09:00-18:00 China Standard Time

After training period:

8:00-17:00 US Eastern Standard Time

Salary: 13 - 17 million VND
