Key Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
- Treat sensitively all confidential customer information.
- Update precise records in required systems.
- Deliver clear instructions
Key Requirements
- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate).
- Vietnamese: Native speaker
- English level: C1 or above.
- Competencies and Specific Skills.
- Communication skills.
- Multi-tasking skills.
- Persuasions and upselling.
- Problem Resolution.
- Initiative.
- As a must customer support post-sales support (both in a technical environment).
- Working night shifts (following the US market)
