Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Support Engineer specializing in MongoDB, API, and web platform technologies. The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In this role, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to applications built on MongoDB, APIs, and web technologies, while monitoring system performance and resolving production issues to ensure stable operations. You will work closely with Customer Service, QA, and Development teams to diagnose system errors, maintain data accuracy, and deliver a smooth and reliable user experience.

Responsibilities:

Receive, analyze, and resolve technical support requests from Customer Service or internal teams

Investigate issues related to MongoDB, including:

+ Querying and correcting data

+ Identifying root causes related to schema, indexing, or aggregate pipelines

Troubleshoot frontend issues involving AngularJS, such as:

+ Debugging UI behavior, data binding, or API integration

+ Examining asynchronous logic, display issues, and inconsistent UI flow

Review system logs, API responses, and database entries to diagnose problems

Write queries or scripts to support data validation, reporting, or approved data corrections

Collaborate with developers to provide clear bug reports and recommend fixes or enhancements

Document issues thoroughly, including reproduction steps, impact analysis, and priority level

Perform data migration tasks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and minimal downtime during transition

Generate custom reports using MongoDB queries or aggregate frameworks to meet business or operational needs.
