JOB SUMMARY
Lead & manages production shift in daily operation activities including safety,quality,delivery and labor efficiency. Continously optimizes, plans and supervises practical and theoretical training events to develop competency.Implements operational procedures for all production activities focuses on achieving safety, delivery and labor efficiency.
- Assures production shift target are met or exceed in terms production labor cost,quality,delivery and safety.
- Implements operation flexibility programs and systemcontrols to accommodate requirement changes.
- Detect and identifyany operational constraints, coordinating operations team to provide solutions that could prevent meeting production targets.
- Production cost keep reducing throughtighten control WIP,headcount,over time,scrap and so on to meet team target.
- Leading team providepreventative operational improveactivity based upon actual data with relative function team together.
- Coaching & leadingteam members followcompany policy and rules, promoteteam in good moral and discipline.
REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor or abovein engineering or similar fieldwith good manufacturing
knowledge base and handson capacity. Knowledge on dynamics mechanical is a plus
Experience: 3-5 years
Knowledge
- Understand own strengths & weaknesses, willing to learn and develop, capable to work under high pressure, self-motivated with high level of initiative.
- Strong leadership skillsdemonstrated team development capabilities
- Writes and speaksEnglish fluently as the position requires participation on conference calls and reports to the different TTI worldwide regions.
- 3 years with experience in manufacturing with demonstrated successful implementation activities.
- Preferable experience on industrial assembly is an advantage
- New factory set up experience is a plus
