Responsibilities:Production Management
- Plan and coordinate production activities at vehicle and electronics lines.
- Monitor production progress to ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
- Ensure operators comply with SOPs, WIs, and technical standards.
Quality Management
- Collaborate with QA/QC to monitor and control product quality.
- Handle production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet company standards and legal requirements.
People Management
- Manage, train, and develop team leaders, technicians, and operators.
- Foster accountability, discipline, and a strong teamwork culture.
Safety & Workplace
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire prevention regulations.
- Implement and sustain 5S, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Lead improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production, quality, manpower, and equipment to management.
Requirements:- Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in EVs, automotive, or electronics).
- Proven experience managing production teams of 20–50 operators.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and electronic production processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
