Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily production quality activities in the factory
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements
- Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce defects
- Provide on-site technical guidance related to sewing techniques and garment quality
- Monitor production data and prepare quality performance reports
- Support training activities for workers and quality staff when required
- Work closely with related departments to maintain smooth production operations
Qualifications:
Junior college or above, majoring in clothing engineering or related fields;
- At least 3 years of production or quality management experience in a clothing factory;
- Familiar with sewing techniques, capable of provide on-site guidance, and have a strong sense of data;
- Good English communication skills, proficiency in Chinese is preferred;
- Positive and optimistic, good at communication, and have sense of service.
=> The salary range is between $1,400 and $1,800 Gross per month.
