Production Project Manager

Location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

We are a Vietnam-based FF&E procurement company supporting international hotel developers worldwide. We manage product development, sourcing, manufacturing, procurement, and quality control for luxury hospitality projects all around the world.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project & Production Manager to fully own 2–3 major hospitality projects simultaneously.

This role combines project leadership, production oversight, factory coordination, and client-facing communication. You will act as the key escalation point before founders and lead internal project coordinators to ensure on-time and on-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities1) Project Ownership

● Lead 2–3 full-cycle hotel FF&E projects from order confirmation to shipment

● Develop and manage detailed project timelines

● Monitor production milestones and proactively mitigate delays

● Analyse and track project risks and escalate critical issues

2) Client & Brand Coordination

● Lead technical coordination calls and meetings with international hotel operator brands and developers

● Review specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements

● Provide structured progress reporting to clients

3) Production & Factory Management

● Approve production release based on sample validation

● Oversee material procurement progress

● Monitor factory production schedules

● Coordinate with QC supervisor for inspections

● Ensure corrective actions are implemented

4) Team Leadership

● Lead and supervise Project Coordinators

● Improve internal workflow and documentation

● Train team members

5) Commercial & Risk Awareness

● Understand cost structure and margin impact

● Identify risks in material selection, production timing, and logistics

● Support founders in high-level decision making

Required Qualifications

● Minimum 5+ years experience in hospitality projects

● Proven experience with international hotel brands (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Hyatt, IHG, etc.)

● Strong understanding of Vietnam factory production processes

● Strong project coordination & timeline management skills

● Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

● Ability to lead technical meetings independently

● Fluent in Vietnamese. Good English communication (B2–C1 level minimum)

● Having your own laptop (preferred)

Fixed Monthly salary & Project Bonus. Salary will be discussed in the interview.
