Location:Cong Hoa Industrial, Tran Hung Dao Ward, Hai Phong City (Hai Duong)
Working hours: Hanoi office (1-2 days/week)
Summarize:
- Secure uninterrupted module supply with on-time delivery to support business growth while optimizing inventory levels.
- Partner closely with internal teams and suppliers to consistently achieve business KPIs.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across operations, supply chain, and end-to-end processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Statistics.
- Minimum 5 years experience in production planning or EPE operations within industrial manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing, EPE processes, quality standards, supply chain, and cost control.
- Strong data analysis and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.
- Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute production and material plans; manage inventory and delivery schedules via APO.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time, in-full deliveries and mitigate risks.
- Oversee logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Improve production performance using lean principles and OEE tracking.
- Act as SAP Super User, manage master data, system support, and project follow-up.
