Location: Binh Duong, Viet Nam (Shuttle bus from HCM)
Role Description
- Develop and manage daily/weekly production plans to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
- Monitor planning KPIs, ensuring high MPS accuracy and shipment performance.
- Manage production planning activities, including BOM and document control.
- Analyze material availability and production capacity; coordinate with Supply Planning to resolve constraints.
- Work closely with Manufacturing, IE, and ME teams to ensure production readiness, optimize schedules, and achieve on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Production Planning within multinational manufacturing environments, preferably in the electrical/power supply industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and Power BI.
- Good English communication skills.
