Job Summary:
- Make master plan/schedule for production.
- Serve and handle oversea customers.
- Cooperate with internal and external customers to optimize capacity, effective machine utilization.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Sales Order Management (40%)
Review orders, raw materials, and capacity before production.
Coordinate order review findings and questions with customers.
Prepare production schedules and lead daily planning meetings.
Communicate shipping dates and handle schedule changes.
Revise plans when abnormal situations occur.
Notify relevant teams of any delivery changes promptly.
Work with production to expedite orders and ensure on-time completion.
Send order confirmations based on capacity reports.
Handle customer inquiries regarding delivery and planning.
Forward quality or quotation issues to relevant departments.
Ensure all customer questions are answered within 24 hours.
Send weekly open order reports for customer cross-check.
Notify customers of delays or early-shipment options.
- On-Time Delivery Control (20%)
Monitor WIP (Work in Process) to ensure on-time delivery.
Attend Schedule Adherence (SA) meetings.
Resolve planning-related issues and update SA reports.
Coordinate cross-functionally to maintain delivery performance.
- Inventory Management (10%)
Calculate and release material requirements to avoid excess finished goods.
Provide rolling material forecasts to shorten raw material lead time.
Utilize rework and re-classified materials to reduce inventory value.
Education & Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment.

Chinese communication is a plus.
