Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production & Planning Director to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a global high-tech company. The role oversees production, engineering operations, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across high-volume manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and productivity.
- Drive quality improvement, process optimization, and workforce capability development.
- Oversee engineering activities including facility setup, equipment layout, and new product/process introduction.
- Ensure full compliance with environmental, safety, and operational standards.
- Lead cross-functional and global project teams to support business expansion and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing; 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong background in facility setup, production systems, and operational excellence.
- Experience with ERP systems, MS Office, and process/quality tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural team leadership skills.
- Familiarity with ISO/TQM and global manufacturing compliance standards.
