Develop detailed production plans for each order based on line/factory capacity and delivery requirements.
Update and monitor daily production progress to ensure the plan is executed on schedule.
Coordinate with departments such as Merchandising, IE, Production Section, QA/QC, and Warehouse to follow up on material status, production capacity, and risks affecting the timeline.
Forecast and proactively alert potential issues that may cause delays; propose suitable adjustment solutions.
Monitor material status (arrival time, quantity, inventory) and work with the warehouse to ensure sufficient supply for production.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production progress reports for management.
Support analysis of production efficiency, sewing line utilization, and order completion performance.
Participate in production meetings, update actual status, and adjust plans when necessary.
Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
Proficient in FASTREACT planning software is MUST HAVE
Graduated from College/University in Garment Technology, Textile & Garment, Production Management, or related fields
At least 35 years of working experience in garment/textile manufacturing plants
Strong understanding of production processes, sewing line/plant capacity, and inventory management
Strong skills in planning, organizing, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Ability to work under high-pressure production timelines
Good English skills are a strong advantage
