Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data related to sales forecasts, production capacity, and inventory to develop feasible production plans.
- Develop and maintain monthly, weekly, and daily production plans in alignment with demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Monitor production progress and track actual output versus planned targets; identify deviations and root causes.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and uninterrupted production flow.
- Update production and inventory data in ERP systems; issue alerts for material shortages, overproduction, or capacity overload.
- Prepare production performance reports, variance analysis, and recommendations for improvement to Management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production efficiency, lead time reduction, and inventory optimization.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday afternoon)
