Job Title: Production Merchandiser (Footwear)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Job Description
- Analyze capacity constraints, discuss level loading solutions.
- Order execution based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve supply challenges before and during buy execution.
- Analyze weekly exceptions, take action to resolve issues and maintain delivery dates.
- Proactively identifying and addressing bulk orders potential issues, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries through collaboration Development and Technical team.
- Hold regular meetings with factory to review the production schedule, anticipate risks, and develop action plans.
- Track the shipment plan, update the order weekly progress to manager as well as UK side, monitor liability utilization, and control on-time delivery independently.
- Monitor and control factory KPIs about On-time performance and production lead time. • Compile various reports, streamlining processes and enhancing accuracy and transparency.
Job Requirement
- Around 5 years merchandising experience in Footwear field
- Familiar with UK Footwear market is advantageous
- Knowledge & experience in Footwear is a must.
- In Depth Knowledge of the Footwear production process, planning and lead-times for shoe construction
- Good command of written and spoken English, and Mandarin is a big advantage
- Good computer knowledge especially Excel.
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, decisive working style and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of problem solving
- Immediately available is preferred
