Production Manager

General Summary:

Share accountability for production, quality, manufacturing efficiency targets under the direction of the Production Manager or Senior Production Manager at our designated Tier 1 factories in Vietnam. Provides technical expertise to ensure product quality and integrity of all Reebok products and conducts random finished goods inspection and in-process inspection at our Tier 1 factories in Vietnam.

Position Responsibilities:

Internal – Cross Functional Partners

Partners cross-functionally with Reebok Sourcing & Quality Team in Vietnam, headquarter teams located in Boston including Design/Marketing/Sourcing/Operations to address all issues in production at our Tier 1 factories and T2 vendors located in Vietnam.

Development/Comm and Quality Program Management:

• Explains and drives Reebok FW product requirements and standards to our Tier 1 factories

• Attends key commercialization milestones and final product inspections to evaluate finished shoes

• Ensures Reebok delivery objectives and evaluates factory production performance monthly

• Supports the implementation of quality plans for all new models at T1 & T2 factories

• Works to resolve and if necessary, escalate any issues for immediate corrective action or review

• Ensures all models are produced according to Reebok's specification, expectations, and standards.

• Executes defined production/quality directives to make day to day decisions within defined scope

• Works to resolve and if necessary, escalate any issues for immediate corrective action or review

• Supports QC team to implement and assists in the monitoring process controlling in-line quality

• Ensures factories compliance with Reebok SEA principles and performs other audit requirements

Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of related factory, product integrity and regulatory experience in footwear

• Strong knowledge of footwear manufacturing, production, and processes a quality mindset

• Experience with footwear product testing procedures & standards and Reebok fit testing standards

• Excellent written, verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

• Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint with know how to create presentation decks

• Highly organized, ability to prioritize (sense of urgency) with attention to detail

• Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and quality management skills

• Motivated self-starter with an ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive team player who can establish a strong relationship with co-workers/factories/suppliers to build, develop, motivate, and foster cross-functional collaboration
