Job Description:

- Responsible for organize and implement the production planned to meet scheduled requirements aim to meet demand planning as planned OTIF for produced products with highest quality, safety and productivities.

- Responsible for cross function working with Production Scheduling, P&D team to make production plan to match with status and condition of resource, machineries and other events like maintenance activities, projects, cleaning, training aim to optimize production plan for production lines with lowest operation costs.

- Responsible for managing, monitoring to ensure operation staffs to comply with standard and operation procedures, quality procedures/requirements, safety procedures/requirements that issued by functional/department owners.

- Responsible for implementation and maintaining activities of AM/CILT to ensure maintain equipment, machines reliability and in best condition.

- Incorporate with Maintenance, Production Scheduling team to make suitable production plan for PM/AM, Trial/NPP, improvement activities and PPE projects To ensure equipment, machines are in reliability and in best condition and for continuous improvement to achieve increasingly better productivities.

- Responsible for organizing and incorporate with Quality team to implement programs of quality management and monitoring to ensure operation staffs are equipped and complied with quality requirements for daily operation to ensure the produced products meet quality requirements according to regulations.

- Drive team and incorporate with functional departments to look for ideas and solutions for improvement which includes safety, quality, productivities, automation, HC manning optimization aim to to achieve increasingly better productivities, better in safety and quality with low operation cost.

- Incorporate with CIPPE team to implement PPE program OTIF and meet project target.

- Responsible for production lines efficiencies (OEE) and incorporate with CIPPE, Maintenance team to implement improvement project for OEE improvement.

- Responsible for review and input for new, implementing projects and projects are in commissioning to ensure having efficiency input from operational requirements to ensure equipment/machines are installed to meet hygienic standards, safety, quality, ergonomic, cleaning ability, easy to reach and reassemble in daily operational.

- Responsible and incorporate with HR, Training team to make training plan and implement training activities to equip knowledge to staffs to meet daily operational requirement and also to enhance staff performance to meet higher efficiencies in daily operational with highest safety and quality.

- Coordinate with the Human Resources department to implement company programs and activities, aiming to enhance compliance with internal regulations and labor policies among employees and managers.

- Prepare and propose the annual OPEX/CAPEX budget.

- Connect with other OCs to seek and share best practices for continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Industrial Management/Engineering; at least 5 years-experience in production management in FMCG (preferably confectionery).

Communication (English & Vietnamese), Presentation, MS Office, Driving for result, Empowerment/ Delegation, TQM, Initiating action, Building Trust, Operational Analysis, Team Development
