Production Manager | Quang Ngai/ Gia Lai
Scope: Oversee 1 workshop (1,500 2,000 workers)
Reports to: Factory Production Director
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Management: Lead sewing, cutting, finishing, mechanics, and packaging.
- Delivery & Quality: Ensure capacity meets schedules with high quality standards.
- Efficiency: Implement systems to optimize operations and control overheads.
- Training: Mentor staff on reporting and technical problem-solving.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in garment production (Outerwear/Sportswear preferred).
- Leadership: Strong track record managing large-scale sewing lines and daily operations.
- Process Skills: Ability to design and implement performance-enhancing guidelines.
- Languages: Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
- Tools: Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
