Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production operations and ensure production plans are achieved.
- Manage production processes including Forming, Coating, Wrapping, and Packing.
- Set up production lines, targets, and optimize manpower allocation.
- Drive productivity, product quality, production efficiency, and lead-time improvement.
- Train and guide supervisors/leaders on production and inspection processes.
- Ensure production safety, hygiene, and compliance with company regulations.
- Coordinate with QC and Maintenance teams on sanitation and equipment maintenance.
- Manage and analyze production data; prepare monthly reports for the Factory Manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Factory Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production management, manufacturing processes, and workflow optimization.
- Good communication, coordination, and people management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications.
- Intermediate English communication skills.
- Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
Additional Information:
• Direct Reporting to: Production Division Director (VN) / Deputy Factory Director (JP)
• Salary: Gross VND 32–35 million
• Benefits: 13th-month salary, year-end KPI bonus, health insurance, Bao Viet insurance
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday off
