Production Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire sweater production process from knitting, linking, mending, stitching, steaming, washing, to finishing.
• Ensure on-time delivery, quality standards, and production efficiency are consistently met.
• Manage daily production schedules, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
• Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) and coordinate closely with IE, QA, planning, and maintenance departments.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives on productivity, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology, Production Management, or related discipline.
• 05 years of experience in sweater production with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sweater production processes including flat knitting, linking, washing, steaming, and packing.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
