Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing all furniture and chair delivery and installation operations for B2B customers in Vietnam. The coordinator will oversee on-site installation, coordinate schedules, manage internal installation staff and external partner companies, and handle after-sales service following installation.
I. Job Description
- Conduct on-site inspections at customer delivery and installation locations.

- Manage and operate installation teams, including in-house staff and external partner companies (e.g., moving companies).
- Handle after-sales service (AS) issues after installation.
- Prepare reports after delivery and installation, including costs, issues, and improvement points.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation processes.
III. Requirements
- Education: University graduate.
- Korean language proficiency is required to work with managers and partners.
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, available to work on weekends and overtime.
- Experience in the furniture industry or logistics-related work is preferred.
III. Work time and location
- Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays
Location: Nhon Trach Industrial Zone 6, Phuoc An Commune, Dong Nai province (Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City)
