Purpose of the role
Vision: To ensure the smooth operation of all processes and projects by strictly following
established procedures and timelines, while proactively tracking, identifying, mitigating
and reporting the potential risks within the scope of the role's responsibilities.
Mission: Work closely with the Project Manager, suppliers, and stakeholders on acceptance and order closure in the system; manage reports and perform required tracking while ensuring data accuracy; monitor progress and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Approach: Maintain a proactive working mindset, propose and contribute solutions to optimize operational processes, add value to the team to achieve shared KPIs, and consistently ensure accountability by performing responsibilities correctly and completely in all situations.
The Production Executive will support the production processes by managing standard projects with rate cards, reporting & analysing internal data, acquiring experience in ways of work, procedures and workstreams.
Main responsibilities:
1.Reporting & Tracking
Prepare and manage weekly/monthly reports and tracking as required, including
processing raw data from systems; continuously updating, validating, and cross-checking
input data from relevant stakeholders in line with required timelines.
2.Acceptance & Completion Documentation
Complete liquidation documentation, ensuring all documents from suppliers are
submitted on time and with accurate information before being shared with relevant
stakeholders for confirmation and e-contract signing.
3.Order Closure in System
Ensure order closure in the system is completed in compliance with established
procedures, compliance requirements, and monthly KPIs as assigned by the line manager.
4.Order Progress Tracking
Track order status from suppliers and proactively update stakeholders on the progress
of ongoing orders.
5.Timeline Management
Track and closely manage order timelines and status to prevent critical issues that
could negatively impact overall team and company performance.
Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
Knowledge & Experience
College or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields is an
advantage; or relevant business qualifications and/or appropriate experience in
Procurement, Contracts, or Commercial-focused environments.
Experience or understanding of purchasing systems, basic finance knowledge, and
MRP/ERP systems is an advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a
similar role or within companies in the same industry.

Effective communication with internal, stakeholders and suppliers.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to data accuracy.
