Production Engineer

Location: Thu Duc, HCMC

Role Description

• Supervise and manage maintenance and repair activities of machines/equipment during the shift, ensuring continuous and safe system operation.
• Supervise and manage equipment changeover (conversion) activities to support the production plan.
• Communicate company information and policies to team members.
• Work directly with customers, participate in work-related meetings, and resolve arising issues.
• Coordinate with Production and QA departments to propose improvements for productivity, quality, and working methods during the shift.
• Assign tasks, provide technical training, and evaluate the performance of team members.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with factory procedures and modules.
• Quickly handle arising problems to minimize machine downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and 5S standards.
• Report abnormalities and prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position: Production Engineer, Maintenace Engineer,...
• Skills: English communication for working with customers
• Willing to work shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• People management and leadership skills
