Be a key driver of data integrity, operational discipline, and performance visibility across production. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate reporting, driving cost optimization, and enabling World Class Manufacturing (WCM) through strong data governance and cross-functional collaboration.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure accuracy and governance of production data across MES vs. ERP (M3) vs. related production digital systems
- Ensure stock accuracy through regular physical cycle counts, data reconciliation and issue resolution across Production, Warehouse, and Planning
- Drive material & cost efficiency, reporting & controlling actual usage vs. BOM and identifying improvement opportunities
- Deliver performance insights on key KPIs (safety, BW, WG, line efficiency) to accelerate decision-making
- Engage shopfloor operations, support and embed WCM, continuous improvement, and digitalization initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, Economics or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or data analysis
- Proficiency in English, Excel and ERP systems (M3/SAP preferred)
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive, disciplined, and continuous improvement-oriented
