Production Assistant

Otsu Labs is a studio specializing in 2D animation, with a primary focus on anime style. We provide end-to-end services from character design, concept environment building, and storyboard creation to final scene production. In addition to commercial projects, Otsu Labs is also aiming to develop original IPs (intellectual properties), creating innovative and groundbreaking products in the animation industry.

• Support Line Producer in daily production operations and internal coordination;
• Take meeting notes, summarize action items, and follow up on assigned tasks;
• Prepare internal documents, reports, checklists, and presentation materials;
• Update task status and production progress on internal management tools;
• Assist in organizing internal meetings, schedules, and calendars;
• Manage and track production documents, files, and assets.

• From 01 year of experience in production support, coordination, or related roles;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and careful with documentation;
• Familiar with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Notion, or similar tools;
• Basic understanding or interest in animation/media production is a plus;
• Good communication skills and a cooperative working attitude.
