We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our game development process. This role will focus on task management, ensuring that the production team stays on track and that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day task assignments, tracking progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among various departments to keep production flowing seamlessly.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To host weekly sprint meetings, track daily progress, and proactively follow up on sprint goals to ensure the team stays aligned and delivers according to the committed plan
- Identify potential risks that may impact the plan, and propose timely solutions;
- Coordinate and align workflows across departments;
- Assist in building, monitoring, and adjusting project timelines when necessary, ensuring stable and on-schedule project execution;
- Act as a communication bridge between teams, ensure all updates, changes, and emerging issues are conveyed accurately and promptly;
- Administer and maintain the Jira system: monitor task statuses, send reminders for upcoming deadlines, ensure tickets contain complete information before transitioning stages, and actively engage within the system when needed;
- Compile and report monthly KPIs of team members;
- Provide additional administrative support to the production team when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in English is a must (written and verbal);
- Must have attention to detail and a meticulous approach to task management;
- Prior experience in a project management or production assistant role is a plus. Familiarity with task management software (Jira is a strong advantage);
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum is a plus but not mandatory;
- A passion for technology and a genuine interest in the game development process;
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking skills;
- Strong communication skills set.
