Product Research Specialist ( Financial Services )

Job Description:

Participate in developing new financial products/platforms

• Do research, collect information, implement market need analysis and study market trend, consult experts opinion, and attend workshops to propose ideas to develop new products/services as well as solutions to improve current products/services
• Converting market need analysis and market trend study into requests for company's new products and services.
• Contribute to product/service development planning and implementing. Build up technical documents for new or upgraded products, services. Make time line and report progress of products, services development as assigned.

Support Sales and Customers Services

• Support customers services team to deal with requirements, requests related to the company's products and services.
• Collect customers feedback to improve current products/services or to develop new products/services.

Other missions assigned by the head of the department.

Job requirements:

At least 1 year experience in financial sector such as Business Analyst, Data analyst, financial analyst or investment analyst

Experience in Vietnam Financial Market, especially in Fixed Income market is a plus.

Advanced Excel skill, understanding of UX&UI to optimize it in the products

CFA (all level), FRM is a plus
