JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Quality System & Development Processes (40%)
- Build and implement quality standards for code, code reviews, testing, and delivery acceptance
- Establish review mechanisms at each project phase to ensure consistent output quality
- Design and optimize Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban) aligned with team size and growth pace
- Manage technical debt and prioritize refactoring efforts
- Standardize technical documentation and build an internal knowledge base
2. Project Management & Delivery Coordination (30%)
- Own overall planning, timeline management, and resource allocation for 35 parallel projects
- Build and maintain clear, visual project tracking systems so teams can easily understand goals, deadlines, ownership, backlogs, and acceptance criteria
- Organize and lead regular project reviews and technical solution reviews
- Proactively identify risks related to schedule and quality, and propose timely mitigation plans
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations teams to align requirements and priorities
3. Team Capability Development (20%)
- Coach, train, and develop key team members to strengthen overall project and quality management capabilities
- Organize technical sharing sessions, code review training, and best-practice reviews
- Raise team awareness of mature product standards and quality mindset
- Contribute to building a culture of accountability, proactiveness, and process compliance
4. Tools & Automation (10%)
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and increase automated test coverage
- Select, implement, and optimize suitable project management tools
- Build dashboards and reporting systems to track project progress and quality metrics

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Must have
- 5+ years of experiencein software development and project/technical management
- Proven experience owningend-to-end deliveryof at least one large-scale project (team size >20, duration >6 months)
- Strong track record ofon-time delivery, with measurable results or case studies
- Experience leadingR&D teams of 30+ membersand building processes from scratch (0 1)
- Proficiency inmodern Web technology stacks(React/Vue + Node.js/Python/Java at least one)
- Ability toreview code and evaluate technical solutions, not limited to pure management tasks
- Strong experience withproject management tools(Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.) and progress visualization
- Good English proficiency, able to read technical documents and communicate effectively
- Hands-on experience handling schedule delays, scope misalignment, and quality issues
Nice-to-have
- Experience withSaaS, e-commerce, IM/chat, or AI platforms
- Knowledge ofDevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
- Certifications such asPMP, Scrum Master, or CSM; Chinese language skills are a plus
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and Agile process improvement
