Product Quality Engineer (Electrical/ Electronic)

We are looking for outstanding talent for an exciting opportunity working with customers and various internal partners to solve technical issues, accelerate learning, and grow together passionate in customer technology enabling, program management and embrace technical challenges with analytical and growth mindset. This role will require an on-site presence.

• Lead and provide technical support in resolving quality and reliability issues related to the electronic systems and components of Dat Bike products.
• Identify and troubleshoot electronic faults reported by technical support teams by verifying complaints, reproducing issues, and performing detailed circuit analysis to determine the root cause.
• Conduct hardware diagnostics and functional analysis of electronic systems, including component-level and system-level testing, to investigate and resolve issues identified in returned products.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, customer support teams, and electronics engineers to resolve issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of electronic failures.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline is required
• 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering/assurance specifically in electrical/electronic systems, or analog/digital hardware design
• Hand soldering skill, knowledge or experience with IoT systems, and power electronics (DC/DC converters, motor controllers, BMS) is a plus.
• Experience in Problem Solving (development & quality), root cause analysis, application of containment (interim solutions) and permanent solution.
• Good at English and Vietnamese communications skills, both verbal and writing
• Excellent project management skills.
