Skylink Studio was researched and established in February 2021 and officially launched in March 2022, gathering members who are passionate and have many years of experience in the field of mobile games. What you will be doing
Management
- Planning product tasks follow Scrum Framework;
- Work closely with development team to ensure products/features are well produced/implemented according to management requirements;
- Risk management for deadlines and team tasks, regularly reporting progress to management.
Product quality
- Manage and improve products KPIs (Retention/ROAS)
Communication
- Communicate well with multiple teams/departments (BOD, Marketing) to ensure transparent communication with everyone
Requirements
Degree
Knowledge
- Have at least 2 years experiences in the Mobile Game Development, especially experiences in management and product analysis
- Work experience in Agile/Scrum Development Team
Technical skills
- Good presentation and documentation skills
- Plus: Have knowledge on using Notion
Other Requirements
- Good analytical and critical thinking
- Strong self-discipline but be mindful with everyone
- An excellent listener and good at other communication skills
