Your Mission (The Impact):
- Shape the Vision: Define and drive the product roadmap. You decide what we build next and why.
- Merchant Discovery: Get out of the building. Run feedback sessions and calls with international merchants to uncover deep pain points.
- Product Craftsmanship: Translate raw ideas into high-quality requirements and user stories that the dev team loves to work on.
- Collaborative Delivery: Partner closely with Design, Engineering, and QC in an Agile environment to ship impactful features.
- Analyze & Iterate: Use data to track performance. If a feature isn't moving the needle, you're the one to figure out why and fix it.
Who You Are:
- The Experience: Proven track record as a PO or PM (SaaS or eCommerce preferred).
- Shopify Enthusiast: You understand the Shopify ecosystem (Apps, APIs, Themes). If you've built on Shopify before, that's a massive plus!
- Effective Communicator: You can articulate complex ideas clearly and feel comfortable leading calls with global clients.
- Strategic Thinker: You know how to balance cool features with technical feasibility and business ROI.
