I. Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team to ensure product vision is clearly defined and effectively delivered.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements, transforming them into clear product backlog items.
- Create and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Define acceptance criteria and validate deliverables to ensure they meet the agreed requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies, collaborating closely with the Scrum Master and development team.
- Continuously monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders in a transparent and timely manner.
- Ensure the development team has a shared understanding of product goals, priorities, and deliverables.
II. Qualifications
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in software product development.
- Experience working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural environment is a plus
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and experience in product backlog management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
III. Benefits
- Salary: Up to 40M Gross
- Working time: 9 AM 6 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible hours as long as productivity is ensured).
