ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Product Owner – Fulfillment Operations, you will join a dynamic team to build GHN's B2B logistics platform - starting with fulfillment and expanding across the broader transportation ecosystem.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in warehouse fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain, someone who understands how goods actually move, and can translate that operational depth into products that work in the real world.
This is a rare opportunity to:
- Be part of the founding product team shaping a new B2B logistics business.
- Work in a fast-moving, data-driven environment where you have real product ownership.
- Grow your scope from fulfillment into other domains of the B2B transportation platform as the business scales.
- Contribute directly to GHN's mission of building the future of logistics in Vietnam.
OUR PRODUCT CULTURE
At GHN, our product culture is the cornerstone of our success — it defines how we work, think, and create.
Here are the core pillars that each member of our team embodies and promotes:
- User-Centric: Every product decision begins and ends with the user in mind. We prioritize user needs and experiences above all, solving real problems with intuitive solutions customers love.
- Data-Informed: Data is the voice of our customers and the compass for our journey. We make decisions grounded in facts and insights — not gut feelings.
- Balanced Discovery & Delivery: We strike the balance between learning what users want and getting solutions into their hands quickly, ensuring everything we build creates real impact.
- Dare to Fail: Innovation requires courage. We embrace bold ideas and see every failure as a step forward in our pursuit of excellence.
- Working Backward: Inspired by Amazon's philosophy, we start with the desired customer outcome and reverse-engineer the path to success.
Our culture isn't just about what we do — it's who we are. We're looking for people who resonate with these principles and want to join us in building world-class logistics products.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the fulfilment product roadmap — from warehouse receiving, inventory management, to order dispatching — ensuring the platform meets the operational needs of B2B customers at scale.
- Translate data insights, customer feedback, and business priorities into clear problem statements, feature priorities, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Design to identify pain points, define solutions, and ship impactful features that improve fulfilment efficiency and reliability.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; partner with Product Designers on wireframes and prototypes.
- Lead product delivery within an Agile Scrum team, maintaining a healthy backlog and clear sprint goals.
- Continuously measure product performance via key metrics (e.g., fulfilment accuracy, SLA adherence, warehouse throughput) and iterate to maximize customer and business value.
- As the team grows, extend your scope across other domains of the B2B transportation platform — including last-mile, linehaul, or shipper-facing products.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with operational data and defining product metrics.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset — you run toward problems, not away from them.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Notion, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of fulfilment or logistics operations (WMS, OMS, or similar systems is a plus).
- Experience in B2B logistics or transportation technology is a strong plus.
