  • The Product Owner plays a key role in defining product vision, shaping requirements, and prioritizing features to maximize business value.
  • This role works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Document the product's vision and the project's scope.
  • Document the business requirements in detail, with all assumptions and caveats included.
  • Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Performing user acceptance testing.
  • Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for development whenever requirements need to be clarified.
  • Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process.

  • Must have:
  • 4 years of experience as Product Owner / BA in software product development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and writing user stories.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills; attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder-management skills.
  • Good English communication (written & verbal).
  • Strong understanding of SDLC; familiarity with enterprise/management systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency with documentation & collaboration tools (MS Office, Visio; Jira/Confluence preferred).
  • Ownership mindset, proactive, able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
