The Product Owner plays a key role in defining product vision, shaping requirements, and prioritizing features to maximize business value.
This role works closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Document the product's vision and the project's scope.
Document the business requirements in detail, with all assumptions and caveats included.
Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other nonfunctional requirements.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Serve as an internal point of contact for development whenever requirements need to be clarified.
Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process.

Must have:
4 years of experience as Product Owner / BA in software product development.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and writing user stories.
Strong analytical and documentation skills; attention to detail.
Excellent communication & stakeholder-management skills.
Good English communication (written & verbal).
Strong understanding of SDLC; familiarity with enterprise/management systems is a plus.
