About the Role- We are seeking a Product Owner with a passion for digital experiences and e-commerce to join our growing product team. You will take ownership of high-impact digital products in the enterprise and commercial space, helping to design, build, and optimize engaging user journeys that drive retention and excitement across web and mobile platforms.
- The ideal candidate brings a strong background in managing products within e-commerce platforms or enterprise management systems (ERP/CRM), with an understanding of real-time data flows, user behavior in online shopping environments, and warehouse/logistics operations.
Responsibilities- Own the product roadmap for e-commerce features and integrated management platforms.
- Translate strategy into actionable epics, user stories, and detailed product requirements.
- Prioritize backlog items to balance user needs, business goals, and tech feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, QA, and marketing.
- Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory frameworks for e-commerce across different markets.
- Analyze product performance, user engagement, and conversion data to drive improvements.
- Work closely with third-party providers such as payment gateways, logistics providers, or data platforms.
- Stay on top of industry trends in digital tech, e-commerce innovation, and audience behavior.
- Serve as the user advocate, ensuring the end-to-end experience is intuitive, efficient, and scalable.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in e-commerce, digital platforms, or enterprise internal systems.
- Solid understanding of customer journeys, online checkout processes, order management, or predictive demand features.
- Proven experience defining and delivering digital product roadmaps in agile environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile product tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and user behavior.
Nice to Have- Experience with large-scale retail platforms, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or supply chain solutions.
- Knowledge of regional compliance considerations in interactive digital experiences.
- A personal passion for user-centric technology and operational optimization.
- Experience in multi-region, multi-language, or multi-currency products.
