What You Will Do

You will own theRetention Squad, with a single North Star:Turn Day 1 Curiosity into a Lifelong Habit

  • Own the Product Roadmap:You manage the Backlog, lead Sprint Planning, and turn messy ideas into shipped features.
  • Design Habit Loops:You don't just build features; you design theTrigger Action Rewardloops that keep users coming back.
  • Balance Business & Fun:You define the economy (Gems, Hearts) to ensure sustainable revenue without sacrificing user trust.
  • Orchestrate Execution:You work with Developers, Designers, and AI tools to ship world-class features at speed.
