We are hiring a mid-level product person to join our team to develop exciting projects.
Our team runs fairly small, flat, and experienced. While hiring is an important tool for this role, Saola's hiring philosophy is to stay as small as possible, for as long as possible, with talent density as high as possible. Impact here is not measured by the size of one's team.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, timelines, diagrams, and support documents
- Work directly with clients and internal team (engineers + designers) to ship projects
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Research and use the latest CeFi & DeFi blockchain products
- Take ownership of your work and the work of the team
Requirements
- Prior experience working on products as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Project Manager / Business Analyst / Biz Ops / Consultant
- Top 25% communicator (verbal and written)
- Naturally curious. Enjoys research (including trying new products & analyzing them)
- Very good at creating structure, organizing information, and sweating the details
- Positive sum, open minded, high agency, clear thinker
- Experience working at a startup would be a plus
