Summary
FinFlow is a Saudi-based fintech startup building the Financial OS for the regions digital commerce economy. Our platform provides e-commerce merchants with access to working capital, real-time cash flow insights, and financial automation tools, enabling smarter and faster business decisions.
As Product Owner, you will play a critical role in delivering our product roadmap. You will work cross-functionally with the CEO, CTO, and Design Lead to translate business needs into technical requirements, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of features.
Success in this role means taking ownership of product execution, continuously improving the merchant experience, and contributing to the growth of a high-impact, vision-aligned startup.
This position sits at the center of FinFlows operations and product team and is foundational to our ability to scale effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog with clear prioritization based on business impact and user value
- Translate high-level requirements into actionable user stories and specifications
- Work closely with engineering to plan, track, and deliver features on time
- Coordinate product testing, QA processes, and feature launches
- Lead product documentation including user flows, edge cases, and technical notes
- Collaborate with design and operations to ensure cohesive and intuitive user experiences
- Collect feedback from live merchants and use data to inform product iterations
- Identify blockers or inefficiencies in the development process and propose solutions
- Participate in weekly sprint planning, retrospectives, and async status updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a product-related role (Product Owner, Product Analyst, Junior PM, etc.)
- Based in Vietnam with daily availability to overlap 45 working hours with GMT+3 (Riyadh)
- Proven track record of working directly with engineering teams to deliver features
- Experience using tools such as Notion, Jira, Trello, Figma, and Loom
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and startup environments
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, async-first team
- Preferred: Background in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms
- Bonus: Experience in user testing, QA coordination, or startup launches
