As a
Product Owner at Mantu, you will be at the heart of our product development process, playing a key role in aligning strategic vision with technical execution. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will guide the evolution of one or more digital products from conception to deployment, ensuring their continuous improvement and alignment with user needs.
Your missions
- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for the assigned product line in coordination with the Product Manager
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, design and development teams to prioritize features and deliver value
- Use data insights, market research and best practices to identify problems and innovation opportunities
- Ensure continuous product delivery by prioritizing the backlog and working in Agile sprints
- Coordinate change management efforts to drive adoption and success of new features
- Clarify business value for the technical team to align on intent behind each feature or release
- Ensure requirements are understood and facilitate transitions from design to development
- Validate deliverables prior to release and manage release documentation
- Maintain transparent reporting on project progress and status
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to resolve issues and prioritize improvements
Your profile
- Academic background: Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Experience in a Product Owner role or as a Business Analyst or similar role in a product team, potentially from 3 - 6 years
- Language: English (fluent) & Vietnamese
- Strong knowledge of requirement specification techniques: user stories, modeling, prototyping
- Proven ability to oversee the entire product development lifecycle, with solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with requirement elicitation and management processes
- Excellent communication skills for efficient collaboration with development teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset
- You demonstrate a product mindset, think in terms of MVP, and prioritize features that deliver the most value
- Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance regulations is a plus
