About the Role
We're seeking a visionary Product Owner to help shape the future of an AI-powered OCR platform that processes large volumes of financial documents for banks and financial institutions across Europe.
This product is part of Akkuro, one of our leading composable banking platforms. You will play a key role in defining product direction while working closely with stakeholders in Europe and Southeast Asia and the development team in Vietnam, giving you significant technical ownership and the opportunity to influence its future direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog.
- Independently gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features based on customer value and business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders and customers.
- Work closely with the development team throughout the Agile development process.
- Identify opportunities to improve functionality and user experience.
- Proactively suggest new product ideas and business opportunities.
- Ensure product goals align with customer needs and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product role.
- Experience writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to independently gather information and make prioritization decisions.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with OCR or AI-driven products.
- Technical understanding of APIs and software development.
- Experience working with international development teams.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or document processing.
