Job Description:
- Collaborate with leadership and relevant departments to define the development direction for EdTech / AI / Game products.
- Conduct market, user, and competitor analysis to propose new product or feature ideas.
- Build the Product Roadmap and product development plans for each stage.
- Gather and analyze Business Requirements and User Requirements.
- Translate requirements into Product Requirements Document (PRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Manage the Product Backlog and prioritize development items.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering / Development, UI/UX Design, Content / Academic team, and QA / Testing.
- Track product development progress using Agile, Scrum, and Sprint Planning methodologies.
- Participate in feature acceptance testing before release.
- Analyze user feedback and usage data to optimize the product.
- Propose improvements to enhance the learning experience and product effectiveness.
- Build and maintain product documentation such as PRD, User Flow, Feature Specifications, and Product Guidelines.
- Ensure documentation is clear so related teams can implement effectively.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 25 years of experience in roles such as Product Owner / Product Manager / Business Analyst in the technology field.
- Experience participating in the development of digital products from idea stage to deployment.
- Preference for candidates with experience in EdTech / LMS / Education Platforms / AI applications / Game / Gamification / Interactive learning.
- Strong understanding of the digital product development process.
- Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Product Lifecycle methodologies.
- Preferred knowledge of LMS / Education Technology, AI integration in products, Game mechanics, or Gamification.
Candidates should have experience with the following tools:
- Product Management: Jira / ClickUp / Monday / Linear / Product roadmap tools
- Product Design & Analysis: Figma / Miro / FigJam, Notion / Confluence / Draw.io / Lucidchart
- Requirement & Documentation: User Story / Product Specification / Wireframe
Other skills:
