Product Owner (eCommerce Web/App)

Responsibilities

• Define and own theweb/app product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Lead the enhancement of website and mobile appusability, performance, and conversion funnel optimization.
• Conductcustomer journey analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to improve key metrics such as retention and conversion rates.
• Collaborate withengineering teamsto prioritize and deliver product features and improvements in an Agile environment.
• Work withmarketing and commercial teamsto drive promotions, loyalty programs, and customer engagement strategies.
• Stay up to date witheCommerce trends, competitors, and customer behaviorsto ensure best-in-class experiences.
• Define and monitorKPIs(e.g., page load speed, bounce rates, checkout completion) and continuously optimize based on data insights.
• Manage backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Partner withmarketplace integrations, third-party logistics, and payment gateway providersto enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance withsecurity, privacy, and regulatory standardsfor online transactions.

Qualifications

Must have:

• 3+ years of experienceas a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role ineCommerce, digital platforms, or B2C web/app development.
• Strong understanding ofconversion rate optimization (CRO), customer journey mapping, and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience withanalytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.)to drive data-informed decisions.
• Familiarity withAgile methodologiesand experience in backlog management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Knowledge ofSEO, digital marketing, and growth strategiesfor eCommerce platforms.
• Proven ability tocollaborate across teams (engineering, marketing, operations, and design).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in working withmobile app and web development teams.
• Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Vietnamese(preferred).

Nice to Have:

• Experience withmarketplace integrations (e.g., Shopee, GrabMart, etc.), third-party logistics providers, back-office ERP, OMS...
• Background in theretail or pharmacy industry.
• Familiarity withReact Native (for mobile) and Next.js (for web).
