Ecotek is partnering with Ecopark in its journey to become a model Smart City in Vietnam, in line with the orientation approved by the Ministry of Construction. Digital transformation has been identified as one of the company's key strategic priorities, implemented through the digitalization of operational management, the development of a digital service partner ecosystem, and the creation of core technology-driven services. We have successfully developed and deployed the first version of City O/S at Ecopark Urban Area and are now ready to expand our core product to other real estate developments and urban projects nationwide. City O/S is transforming the way property developers and property management companies operate urban areas in Vietnam.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take on a hybrid role that combines the strategic vision of a Product Owner with the organizational leadership of a Project Owner. This role requires creativity, logical and critical thinking, and the ability to bridge customer needs with technical execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable documenting requirements, visualizing workflows, and collaborating with both customers and development teams.

In this role, you will wear two hats at the same time:

  • On one side, you'll work closely with one of our key clients, shaping and delivering a real, live product from idea to execution and continuously iterating.
  • On the other, you'll be researching emerging trends and opportunities to help us design and validate our next product in the HR / real estate space.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirement Management

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Visualize workflows, processes, and requirements using modern tools (including AI-supported platforms).

Product Ownership

  • Define and prioritize product features aligned with business goals.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable product roadmaps.

Project Leadership

  • Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between cross-functional teams.

Customer Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and expectation management.
  • Present ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Learning & Adaptability

  • Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and AI-supported tools.
  • Learn new concepts quickly and apply them to improve processes and product outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in product/project management or Business Analysis roles is an advantage.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Very basic understanding of software development concepts (e.g., Agile, APIs).
  • Proficiency in documenting requirements and visualizing workflows (e.g., AI-driven tools like Miro or Notion AI).
  • Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Strong ability to express ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Fluent in English communication (spoken and written).
