Job description
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical
solutions while driving successful product delivery in an Agile environment. You will work
closely with Product Managers, development teams, customers, and stakeholders to define
product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure business value is delivered.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand product strategy, business objectives, and roadmap.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and align with product goals.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Support Product Increment (PI) Planning, Sprint Planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure development progress aligns with product priorities, release plans, and business expectations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple products, delivery streams, or release trains to ensure successful product delivery.
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend product enhancements.
- Engage directly with customers as a subject matter expert to gather feedback, understand business challenges, and validate product requirements.
- Partner with Sales, Client Solutions, and other business teams to communicate product capabilities, business value, and product performance.
- Define and monitor product KPIs, evaluate product performance, and recommend improvements based on data and customer feedback.
- Support UAT activities, requirement validation, and release readiness to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or
- related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or related role in software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle.
- Experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and prioritizing product features.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business process analysis skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Experience facilitating requirement workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT activities.
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise software, SaaS products, or digital platforms is preferred.
- Exposure to Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud-based products is an advantage.
- Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
