What you will be doing
Product Research & Strategy
- Research MagicSwap, AI photo/video market trends, competitors, and user behavior across target markets.
- Analyze user feedback and product data to identify pain points, growth opportunities, and priority features.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager/CEO to develop the product roadmap and release plans.
Product Development & Delivery
- Translate business goals and user insights into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Development, AI, and QA teams throughout the design, development, testing, and release process.
- Manage sprint activities, delivery progress, dependencies, scope, and feature acceptance before release.
User Experience & Growth Optimization
- Analyze and optimize key user journeys, including onboarding, feature discovery, content generation, paywalls, subscriptions, and in-app purchases.
- Collaborate with Marketing, User Acquisition, Creative/In-app Content, and Data teams to align product development with market needs and growth targets.
- Balance AI output quality, processing speed, infrastructure costs, user experience, and commercial performance.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor key product metrics, including feature adoption, activation, conversion, retention, churn, ARPU/ARPPU, and LTV.
- Develop hypotheses, coordinate A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Regularly report product progress, risks, experiment results, and performance to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, preferably with global B2C mobile apps.
- Experience with subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, or freemium products.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle, backlog management, and mobile app release processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use product data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Strong market research, problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in common product management, design, and analytics tools.
- Good English proficiency for market research and product documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI photo/video, photo editing, beauty, or generative AI products.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration, subscription optimization, and A/B testing.
- Strong awareness of global visual and social media trends.
- A portfolio or case study demonstrating measurable product impact.
