About the Data & AI Team

About the Role

This role is responsible for coordinating the operational rollout of AI-powered product features across GHN's platform, working closely with the AI/product development team, internal stakeholders, and business units to ensure smooth implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical product teams and operational/business teams, tracking issues, driving follow-through, and reporting on product health.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the rollout of AI product updates, feature releases, and operational plans across relevant business units (e.g., logistics operations, customer service, partner-facing teams).
Serve as the primary point of contact between the AI product/engineering team and internal stakeholders (operations, business units, mentors/leadership) for day-to-day coordination.
Monitor AI product performance, user/internal feedback, and operational issues (e.g., model accuracy, data quality, system errors), and coordinate follow-up actions with the relevant teams.
Track key operational tasks, feature rollout timelines, pending items, and risks through to completion.
Monitor outputs and interactions generated by AI features for quality, accuracy, and compliance; escalate issues (e.g., incorrect outputs, data/security concerns) to the product team.
Prepare regular status updates and operational reports for management, including adoption metrics, issue logs, and rollout progress.
Support the development and refinement of operational workflows, checklists, and SOPs for AI product deployment and maintenance.
Assist in organizing internal showcases, demos, or training sessions to support AI product adoption across teams.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in product operations, project coordination, or a related operational role (experience with tech/AI products is a plus).
Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders through to completion.
Good communication and coordination skills when working with cross-functional and technical teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-moving product environment.
Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., what a model output is, common failure modes) is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
Strong written and spoken Vietnamese and English communication skills required.
Experience with logistics or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
